Different Structural Definitions:

Single card pressure connection principle


The core technology of Shenchi's easy-to-install single-press equal diameter tee lies in its single-press connection. During installation, the thin-walled stainless steel pipe is inserted into the fitting socket to the marked position, and a special pressing tool is used to apply radial compression to the pressing area. Under pressure, the fitting and pipe undergo simultaneous plastic deformation, forming a 360° circumferential clamping force. Simultaneously, the pre-installed EPDM rubber sealing ring inside the socket is compressed, achieving an elastic seal. The entire installation process takes only a few seconds, requiring no open flame, no threading, and no welding. It is simple to operate, offers stable quality, and is particularly suitable for rapid on-site construction.
