As an efficient and durable Single End Male Thread Fitting, its core function is to enable flexible conversion between threaded systems, hoses, pipelines, or equipment. The externally threaded end is manufactured using high-precision CNC machining, ensuring standard thread profiles and tight engagement for secure and reliable sealing with internal-thread components such as pipes or valves.

Installation Guidelines

· Cleaning & Inspection: Remove debris and check thread condition before installation.

· Sealing Treatment: Wrap PTFE tape clockwise (right-hand thread direction) 3–5 turns evenly into the thread grooves.

· Proper Tightening: Stainless steel threads may seize; use a torque wrench and tighten an additional 1/4 turn after proper engagement.

· Tool Selection: Use a wrench on the hex section; avoid pipe wrenches on the surface to prevent damage to the passivation layer.

· Valve Connection: Always hold the valve body with a wrench first to avoid deformation caused by torque transmission.
