The working principle of Shenchi's high-quality two-piece internal and external thread ball valve is simple yet effective. Inside the valve body, a spherical ball with a circular through-hole is connected to a handle via a valve stem. When the handle is turned 90 degrees, the ball rotates accordingly. When the ball's through-hole is aligned parallel to the pipeline, fluid flows freely. When the handle is turned to a 90-degree position, the solid surface of the ball blocks the flow path, achieving rapid shut-off. This quarter-turn angle stroke design enables fast, convenient operation with reliable sealing performance. Manufactured from premium materials including brass, SUS304, and SUS316L, these valves offer excellent corrosion resistance and high-pressure tolerance, making them suitable for water, oil, gas, and various other media.

In engineering selection, the body material and internal metal material must remain consistent. The brass version is recommended for above-0℃ ambient conditions to avoid freeze cracking.
